OUR LENDING PARAMETERS INCLUDE:

 
  • mortgage loans secured by land, developments and the full spectrum of commercial property types;

  • mezzanine debt and equity financing secured by a pledge of shares and/or limited partnership units;

  • $1 million minimum loan amount;

  • loan amounts up to 85% of cost or 80% of value;

  • six month to five year loan terms;

  • amortizing and interest only payment options; and

  • competitive fixed or floating interest rates.
