New Rental Suites in Hudson District – Hudson Walk One

With one of the tightest rental markets and lowest vacancy rates in Canada, market conditions reveal that Victoria needs purpose-built rental housing in the downtown core now more than ever. Essential to a city’s skilled workforce, economy and overall vibrancy, rental housing meets the needs of a diverse demographic. In 2014, Vancouver-based Townline Development built Hudson Mews, Victoria’s first purpose-built rental building in 30 years. Receiving 500-600 applications for 120 suites and renting them in under two months, Townline responded to the high demand by creating Hudson Walk One, 178 units of quality rental housing in the vibrant Hudson District.
