  • What are the Regular Building Hours?

    The regular building hours for 1803 Douglas Street are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Access outside of these hours is by Security Access Card.

  • Who can I contact during regular building hours?

    Tenant Services can be reached by phone via phone at 604.699.5204 or email at service@petersonbc.com. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

  • Who do I contact in case of emergency?

    Please call Tenant Services at 604.699.5204 in case of emergency - calls received outside regular hours will be answered by our after hours emergency dispatch service. For Police, Fire and Ambulance, dial 911.

  • I would like to renovate my suite - what is the procedure?

    Any proposed changes must be reviewed and approved in writing by Peterson Commercial before any work begins. Please contact Property Mangement at 604.699.5204 prior to the commencement of any work.

  • I want to work in my office outside regular building hours. What is the procedure?

    Outside of regular operating hours access to the building is with a valid security access card. Cards may be ordered by completing the Access Card Request and Change Form. Cost of a card is $20.00, subject to change.

  • What do I do when my suite is too hot/cold or has a fluorescent light bulb that needs replacement?

    A designated individual from your suite will direct all general maintenance requests to Tenant Services at 604.699.5204 or service@petersonbc.com. A work order is then initiated and maintenance staff contacted to complete your request.

Boardroom Booking Policy

  • The boardroom is offered on a first come first serve basis.
  • No bookings will be approved more than 30 days in advance.
  • Bookings are limited to no more than twice per calendar month for full days and three times per calendar month for half days. Additional bookings are subject to availability.
  • Please notify tenant services 24 hours in advance if you require a cancellation of the boardroom facility. Scheduled bookings that have not been claimed within 30 minutes of the allotted time slot will be cancelled and become available for other tenants use.
  • We request that people using the room, clean up after themselves as a courtesy to others who are using the room after. Chairs stacked and stored. Refuse must be removed. Surfaces and floors must be clean and free of debris.
  • If there is extra cleaning required after you have used the room, or any damages have occurred, please be aware that the cost of the cleaning or repairs will be charged back to your account.
