Construction continues to move forward at Ashleigh Oakridge, with an important milestone now complete: all three buildings have officially topped off.
With the concrete structure complete, the community is taking shape and work is progressing throughout the buildings as Ashleigh moves into its next stages of construction.
Progress Across the Community
Inside the homes, interior framing is underway alongside mechanical and electrical rough-ins, while window installation continues across the three buildings. Together, these stages are beginning to define the individual residences and bring the interiors closer to their finished form.
Progress is also continuing below ground. Within the parkade, private garages are taking shape alongside EV charging infrastructure, adding features designed to support residents in their day-to-day lives.
Beyond the buildings themselves, off-site utility connections are being completed as work advances across the broader community.
What’s Next at Ashleigh
With the structure now topped off, the next phase will bring another visible transformation to the homes. Cabinetry and flooring installations are set to begin next month, introducing more of the interior details and finishes that will define the completed residences.
Each milestone brings Ashleigh another step closer to becoming a new residential community on Vancouver’s West Side.
