Maintenance Technician (Mobile)

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team, supporting four residential rental properties across the Lower Mainland. These properties range in age from newly constructed to approximately 60 years old, requiring a well-rounded skillset and the flexibility to travel between sites. This role requires experience in both modern and older building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include regular inspections of boilers and mechanical rooms, maintenance repairs in tenant suites, and ensuring the property remains in excellent condition. A 5^th Class Power Engineering certificate is considered a strong asset.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work, adapts easily to different building environments, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with rotational on-call and possible weekend shifts.

Salary Range: $64,000 to $70,000
