We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sourcing and execution of land, construction, and term financing by gathering property and market data, preparing lender packages, coordinating due diligence, and liaising with internal teams and external consultants. You will also contribute to financial analysis and reporting, including preparing Board presentations, supporting scenario modelling, and enhancing internal reporting tools. This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple aspects of real estate finance, from portfolio management to process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, along with 1–2 years of experience in a real estate or finance role. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and exceptional organizational abilities are essential. Experience with Yardi, as well as progress toward a CFA, CPA, or other professional designation, will be considered an asset. Salary Range: $70,000 – 80,000 per annum based on experience
