ContractWe are seeking a friendly and organized Rental Office Assistant to join our team on a 1-year contract at Langara Gardens.
As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, this role supports the daily operations of a busy rental office within a residential community. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and enjoys balancing hands-on administrative work with customer service. The Rental Office Assistant will assist with office coordination, tenant communication, and leasing activities while ensuring every interaction contributes to a a positive tenant experience.
This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone seeking meaningful work in a supportive environment. It’s also a great opportunity for individuals looking to contribute their administrative skills to a diverse community or explore the property management and real estate field through a short-term role.
Salary Range: $50,000 – $54,000 per year based on experience
