Peterson has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Manager to join the Construction team. Reporting to the VP, Construction, this position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality program for all pre-construction, completion and post-completion activities for Peterson-led construction projects with a goal of minimizing deficiencies ahead of customer hand over. The role will be the main point of contact to homeowners and strata councils to address and track deficiencies while coordinating repairs in line with warranty standards with third party deficiency completion teams.
The ideal person is highly organized and an effective and empathetic communicator who works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate has strong construction knowledge, excels in customer relations and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 per annum based on experience
