Director, Sales & Residential Leasing

Peterson has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Director, Sales & Residential Leasing to join our robust team.  This role is responsible for managing and executing the strategic sales and leasing plans for all residential real estate projects and assets.

The ideal candidate for this role is an adaptable individual who can seamlessly transfer their sales expertise into the residential leasing environment. They bring a grounded optimism and ambition to the team, whilst setting high standards and maintaining a realistic and strategic approach to achieving goals. With strong empathy and proven leadership skills, they excel at mentorship and managing teams.

The successful candidate is someone who has grown from working on the sales floor to a leadership role and is able to articulate feedback from the sales floor to different audiences to drive continuous improvements. This individual has extensive experience across a diverse real estate market, giving them a nuanced understanding of different economic landscapes.

Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000 per year
