Room Attendant

Carmana Hotel & Suites, located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Houseperson to join our dedicated team. Our hybrid property offers both nightly stays in spacious suites and extended stays in high-rise residences, all designed with comfort, style, and exceptional guest service in mind.

As a key member of our housekeeping team, the Room Attendant ensures all public spaces are clean, welcoming, and reflective of the hotel’s commitment to excellence. This is a physically active, fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest suites, including bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, closets, and furnishings, ensuring all areas meet hotel standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, towels, and amenities, and keep rooms fresh, tidy, and guest-ready.
• Maintain housekeeping cart, equipment, and supplies in safe working order.
• Inspect and report any maintenance or safety issues and update room status and handle lost-and-found items appropriately.
• Deliver courteous, friendly, and professional service to all guests and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring

• Minimum of one year of housekeeping or hospitality experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, team-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Salary Range: $28.00 to $29.00 Hourly
