We are seeking a driven Manager, Real Estate Finance to join our team. Curious, collaborative, and proactive, you take ownership of your work and contribute across debt execution, lender engagement, corporate cash flow planning, pro forma modeling, and scenario analysis.

Working closely with the Senior Director, Real Estate Finance, you will lead debt initiatives across income-producing properties and development projects. Your responsibilities include underwriting and analyzing financials, managing debt portfolios, overseeing loan fundings and closings, maintaining lender relationships, and supporting ongoing debt reporting. You will also play a key role in corporate cash flow planning by identifying liquidity needs and providing financial insights that inform strategic capital decisions. This role involves reviewing pro formas, performing variance and scenario analysis, and preparing materials for senior leadership and the Board to support informed decision-making.

You are highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong financial and cash flow modeling skills and a passion for underwriting debt transactions and preparing lender presentations. A clear communicator and natural collaborator, you work effectively with internal teams and build strong relationships with external lenders, brokers, appraisers, and consultants. You are curious, ask thoughtful questions, learn quickly, and take pride in owning your work.

You bring a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, with a CPA, CA, or CFA considered an asset, along with five or more years of experience in real estate finance, development, or investment. Salary Range: $105,000 – $120,000 per annum based on experience
