The 12-month full time contract position will involve coordinating with external vendors, creative teams, writers and internal stakeholders to ensure the creatives and materials are produced according to campaign specifications, on time and on budget.

Peterson is looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join the team.  Reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Project Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our corporate marketing strategies, developing our corporate identity and strengthening our brand, all while adhering to Peterson’s core values.

Working with our creative partners, this role will help bring our marketing concepts to life through collaboration. The Marketing Manager will spearhead the planning and execution of events such as presentation center launches, media events and public engagement. The ideal person has a passion and a keen eye for real estate, brand growth, and thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The position is best suited for a real estate marketing professional with a solid understanding of multi-platform digital initiatives, high attention to detail and a flare for marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns on assigned real estate projects;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver campaigns on schedule and within budget;
  • Strengthen the Company’s visual representation and assist in defining and executing the long-term visual brand strategy;
  • Oversee brand management and corporate identity;
  • Manage creative partners (e.g., agencies, photographers, media vendors) to bring marketing concepts to life; and
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, signage, and digital assets, ensuring they align with project goals and brand guidelines

What You Bring

  • Completion of College diploma or certificate;
  • Marketing experience in real estate or related industry;
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail;
  • Demonstrating flexibility, organization, and ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; and
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign), and understanding of social media ROI tracking program and analytics

Salary range: $95,000 – $120,000 annually
