Full-timeWe are looking for a Property Manager Assistant to join our team at Peterson. This role provides essential support to property managers by helping with day-to-day operations, tenant services, and building administration. The role is responsible for drafting correspondence, contracts, and reports, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, assisting with rent collection and financial reporting, and supporting leasing and maintenance projects. Above all, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our tenants receive a consistent, high-quality experience.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (post-secondary is an asset), 3–4 years of experience in administration or property management support, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multi-task and work with professionalism. Familiarity with Yardi Voyageur and a basic understanding of accounting principles are considered assets, and an interest in pursuing Real Estate Trading Services Licensing is encouraged.
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year based on experience
