We are looking for a dependable and service-oriented Resident Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 120-unit residential rental property at 605-695 SE Marine Drive, Vancouver, BC. As the on-site representative, you will be the first point of contact for tenants and play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This hands-on role operates independently on site with support from a mobile team and the Property Manager, and includes responsibilities such as coordinating repairs, managing rent collections, leasing vacant suites, and responding to tenant concerns. On-site residence is preferred to ensure prompt service and availability.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the building runs smoothly. Strong communication skills, basic maintenance knowledge, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential for success in this role.

Salary Range: $52,000 to $55,000 annually.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and on-call for after hours emergencies.
