Our lending parameters:
- First and second mortgage loans secured by land, developments and the full spectrum of commercial property types
- $1 million minimum loan amount
- Loan amounts up to 80% of value or 85% of cost
- Six-month-to-five-year loan terms
- Amortizing and interest-only payment options
- Competitive fixed or floating interest rates
