Langara Gardens

Langara Gardens is a sprawling residential community located between Oakridge and South Vancouver. We are collaborating with Concert Properties, an award-winning real estate enterprise, and the City of  Vancouver on the re-development of this residential complex.

Four high-rise buildings, including garden apartments and townhomes, are surrounded by communal amenities such as a fitness facility, four swimming pools and a library. We are working with James Cheng Architects and a team of engineers and planners to significantly upgrade and modernize these homes.

To make sure the development fully serves the needs of its community, the City of Vancouver launched several open houses to gather feedback from current residents. These insights will steer the eventual concept and design of Langara Gardens.
